Balanced Business Checking

¹ Cash Rewards Redemption: After the close of the billing period in which your Business Credit Card earns Cash Rewards, if your account is in Good Standing, you may redeem a minimum of $5 for a statement credit or an ACH transfer to a SwiftLQ Business deposit account. Earn a 10% Loyalty Cash Bonus when redeeming into any eligible SwiftLQ Business Checking, Savings, or Money Market account.

For instance, a $100 base reward redeemed via ACH to a qualifying SwiftLQ Business account will result in a $10 bonus, totaling $110.

² Minimum daily business deposit balance: This includes combined collected daily balances from the Balanced Business Checking account and any linked SwiftLQ business accounts (e.g., Business Savings, Business Money Markets, CDs). SwiftLQ Index Linked CDs and Investment Services IRAs are excluded.

³ If your business account becomes overdrawn, no overdraft fee will be charged. Transactions may be declined due to insufficient funds. Returned items will incur a reduced NSF fee of $20 per transaction over $5, rather than the standard $36 fee.

⁴ Account holders must enroll in IDnotify through SwiftLQ Business Channels to receive complimentary fraud monitoring. Eligibility is limited to businesses with at least one active SwiftLQ Business product. Solely holding consumer accounts does not qualify.

Essential Business Checking

¹ Cash Rewards Redemption: Same terms apply as above. A 10% Loyalty Cash Bonus applies when redeeming into eligible SwiftLQ Business deposit accounts.

For example, $100 in base Cash Rewards yields $110 after bonus if redeemed via ACH to a business deposit account.

² Qualifying Business Transactions include deposits and withdrawals made by mobile deposit, wire, ACH, teller, ATM, business bill pay, or POS debit transactions. Transactions must post within the monthly statement cycle. Fees and overdraft transfers are excluded.

³ A qualifying business direct deposit must be an electronic credit from a payroll processor, vendor, or agency, totaling $500+ per cycle. Internal transfers or manual deposits do not count.

⁴ The SwiftLQ Essential Business Startup Waiver offers waived monthly fees for eligible startups for up to 24 months. Proof of business formation within the last 12 months is required at account opening.

⁵ IDnotify enrollment through SwiftLQ Business is required to access services at no cost. Businesses must maintain at least one active SwiftLQ Business account.

Advantage Business Checking

¹ Cash Rewards Redemption: Eligible SwiftLQ Business clients can receive 10%, 25%, or 50% Loyalty Cash Bonuses depending on account relationships:

• 10% Bonus for ACH deposit into any SwiftLQ Business account.
• 25% Bonus with $25,000–$100,000 in combined Business Checking, Savings, and Investment balances.
• 50% Bonus with balances above $100,000 or if enrolled in SwiftLQ Premier Business Services.

Example: $100 base rewards can earn $150 with maximum bonus tiers.

² Maintenance fees are waived if any of the following are met:

• Qualifying Business Direct Deposit of $3,000+ monthly
• Total relationship balance of $10,000+ across linked SwiftLQ business deposit and investment accounts
• Link to a SwiftLQ Business Credit Card or SwiftLQ Loan
• Link to an eligible SwiftLQ Small Business account

³ Interest accrues daily and is paid monthly on collected balances.

⁴ Up to three SwiftLQ fees and three external ATM surcharges are reimbursed monthly.

⁵ Up to four additional SwiftLQ Essential Business Checking accounts can be opened with no maintenance fee when linked.
